If you are interested in adopting a bear or purchasing any of the other items on our website, please
telephone or e-mail for details.
As most items are one-offs, we operate on a first come first served basis. A phone call or e-mail
will secure.
We are happy to arrange payment either by cheque/postal order or via Paypal. Postage is charged at
cost and will be added to the invoice. Despatch will be by recorded delivery upon clearance of payment.
We also offer a four months interest free lay-away option upon receipt of a non-refundable 10% deposit.
Despatch will be upon clearance of the final payment.
We have a satisfaction guaranteed policy and are happy to offer a refund (minus postal costs) if
items are returned within ten days.
We are very friendly and approachable and would be delighted to answer any questions and provide
additional photographs if required.
